If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Your Order Cancellation Rights


You can cancel your order till the packing has not been done for shipping. As order is cancelled, we will refund entire amount to the source account. If it is ready to be shipped then it is not possible to cancel.



Conditions for Returns


We have workable returns policy. If your shopping/product(s) is not up to the mark or satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:


1.     Products are returnable within the applicable Return Window.

2.     We allow return when we assure following criteria:

      - The product is not damaged by you or is not different from shipped product.

      - Product is unused or in its original condition (with the brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories).


If You report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, you may contact seller to schedule a technician visit to your loaction.


The following Products cannot be returned:

·        The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

·        The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

·        The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

·        The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

·        Product tagged “non-Returnable” cannot be returned. But if you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Regular priced products and products on sale can be refunded.


Returning Products


Returns are easy. Login into your account, click on dashboard. Showing dashboard has list of orders, by clicking on item to be return you will find option of return/exchange with valid reasons.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Policy


Except in situations where a User used his or her WFL Wallet to buy Products or chose the cash on delivery option, WFL will process refunds using its standard banking channels. Any refunds will only be processed into a User's WFL Wallet if the User used his or her WFL Wallet to pay for the acquired Products. WFL shall process all refunds into either the User's WFL Wallet or the User's valid bank accounts, if information of such accounts are provided by the User to WFL at the time of return, if a User had chosen the cash on delivery option for payment toward the acquired Products. When money is refunded into a user's WFL Wallet, it cannot be taken out of the wallet or transferred to another bank account. Instead, it stays in the user's WFL Wallet until it has been used up for Platform purchases.


                                                  For illustration purposes, if a User spends INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) on a Product and INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) of that INR is paid for the purchase of that Product using balances in his/her WFL Wallet, WFL reserves the right to decide whether to refund INR 500 (Indian Rupees 500) to the user's WFL Wallet and the remaining INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) to the user's credit card source account, or both amounts to the user's WFL Wallet only if the refund criteria outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy are satisfied.
