How do I make payment on WFL for purchase?

 WFL offers you multiple payment methods:

 1. Credit Card using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit cards.

2.  Debit Card using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express debit cards.

 3. Net Banking

 4. E-Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, Freecharge and more)

 5. Cash on Delivery

6. WFL Wallet

Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that WFL trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

Note:  All payment methods depend on your pin code, so please ensure that you check your pin code to find out the available methods of payment over there.

 

What is Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment at Doorstep (OPD)?

WFL understands If customer is afraid of paying online, we provide hand to hand parcel and cash. Customer can choose option of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. Maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is ₹25,000. Gift Cards, store credit or wallet amount cannot be used for COD.

Even one can opt Online Payment at doorstep (OPD). In this case delivery agent either will bring POS machine or accept payment through any wallet as per WFL policy for payment.

Note: No Foreign currency only Indian Rupees is accepted for any kind of payment.

 

Will I have to make payment for any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax)?

Yuppie!! NO hidden charges.

During Payment you would never be asked for any extra pay except invoice value. If it happens let us know. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive.

Delivery charges may be vary/extra depending on the seller policy. Please check individual seller for the same.

 

How to make payment using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

 

Is it Safe using credit/debit card on WFL?

Your online transaction on WFL is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. WFL uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

All credit card and debit card payments on WFL are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

 

What is a 3D Secure password and how to get it?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard Secure Code" services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank's website.

 

Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment?

WFL offers you using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

 

Is there any EMI option for order?

Unfortunately, WFL not providing EMI facility.

How much delivery charges you need to pay?

Delivery charges may vary according seller’s shipping policy. Higher shipping charges against low-cost item depend on logistic cost. Customer has to pay 99 for order below 799 otherwise no shipping charges.

 

COD not available at your pin code?

During payment, please check COD available or not at your pin code.

Some courier partners not accept cash payment at your location or your cart value may have exceeded the limits as per courier partner’s policy.

 

Is there any estimated delivery time issue?

You can check estimated delivery time by entering delivery address pin code (Shown below every product detail). Sometimes it may take time due to Day off for seller or courier partner and we add one more day to estimated day.

Note: Public holidays and Sundays are not included in Business days.

 

Why is my area not deliverable/Serviceable?

Sometimes few pin codes are not serviceable due to:

•    No courier partner at particular pin code.

•    Legal restriction/Sellers do not ship at that area.

Do I need to be present personally to receive my order/parcel?

No need to be worried. If you are not present, we will deliver to available person at address and at cost of security and validation receiver might be asked to show any Identity card or do signature.

 

How many deliveries attempts we take to deliver parcel?

We take three attempts consecutively. If you have missed all attempts inform us or the courier partner, we will make an attempt again.

 

Can I change delivery address or contact number once order has been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot change but you can cancel whole order and there are no cancelation charges. Now you can place new order again.

 

WFL ships internationally?

Currently we are not servicing internationally.
